| Hi Shawn, all the very best for this site. One problem I face is that the home page takes quite a long time to load fully. My PC is quite old, and that could be one reason, but there is a perceptible difference in the time this page loads and almost any other webpage. Is it because of too many graphics, or, as I suspect, is it because of the videoclip? |

Right off bat: THANKS THANKS THANKS for your advice and support behind the scenes with squash360
RE: slow speed, its a number of things:
1. we're currently hosted on a virtual private server, but would like to upgrade to a dedicated server (once we get things rolling - advertising revenue and such) this will help noticeably
2. the website functionality on homepage and otherwise does bog things down
3. video clip pre-loading also contributes to slow performance
4. computer processor speed, amount of RAM and your Internet bandwidth could also play a role in the slow speed
In short, the homepage loading performance, is not where we want it to be ... nor where it NEEDS to be
If any tech savvy people out there have some ideas or solutions, I'm all ears.
Maybe someone owns a Internet/Hosting company who can offer some advice or support. |

| Come on, Shawn, I haven't done all that much. Anyways, thanks for the thanks! I am always willing to help anyone who's trying to promote squash, to the extent of my capacity; I love the game to a degree that's totally disproportionate to my playing abilities! |

Yes I agree, it is a good looking site. As someone mentioned, some more pics would be good but I gather you are onto that.
Not wanting to slag off other squash sites but it is the best looking I have seen ... |
